Shipping & Delivery
Your product should arrive in 7 – 10 business days. We’re going to send you an email when your order ships. We watch inventory in real time so it’s pretty rare that your choice will be out of stock or backordered, but if this happens you’ll be contacted to let you know when it will arrive.
We ship Monday through Friday except holidays. Allow 2 full business days for us to process your order. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days. If you order on Friday and Monday is a holiday, then your order won’t get processed until Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We recommend having your items shipped to a work address instead if that is possible.
Currently we only ship to US States and Canada. We plan on opening International shipping soon. Signup on Bill’s blog for this announcement happening which includes new shipping options and for other monthly news and activities.

With the exception of custom items, you may return unused merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. We will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 10% restocking fee, and return freight. You must follow the return process below to receive your credit.
To request a return, log in to your account at “My Account” and go to your “My Orders” page. Find your order and click the “View Order” link to the right of the order containing an item you would like to return. Then note your Order # and SKU #, and email that information to email@example.com. We will then verify your order.

to request a return authorization number. Please include your order number with your email).
Upon acceptance of your return request, an return authorization number will be issued via email. Please include, within the return packaging, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. Merchandise can be returned (via the shipper of your choice) to the following address:

Once we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA number, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fee. Products must be returned within 60 days of an issued RA in order to be eligible for credit.
You have one hour after you place your order to cancel it. To cancel your order you must contact We Learn By Doing Customer Service by phone at 1-305-625-2128 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Times are US Eastern. If you wait longer than one hour or if our Customer Service agents are not available at the time, you will need to call during our hours of operation to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so we can exchange the item or refund you.
